2. Cancellation Requests
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return Policy.
3. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Wosadous is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is possible.
4. Out-of-Stock or High-Risk Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
