RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened, where applicable
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • With proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and personal care reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Opened or used beauty tools
  • Items that contact skin, eyes, lips, hair, or body
  • Personal care items removed from sealed packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

3. Return Authorization Required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on stock. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
